Brandy handles all pre-suit related matters, building persuasive cases for litigation or settlement. She strategically assembles client files, analyzes medical records and bills, and creates demand packages that are sent to insurance companies in an effort to settle your case. She also resolves lien matters and works with the insurance companies, all the while keeping clients in the loop.
Brandy started her career in August 1996 after receiving her Associates Degree in 1995 from South Florida Community College. She is a Florida Registered Paralegal with two decades’ worth of experience. Over the years, she has established numerous relationships within the medical and insurance communities, which enables her to better serve our clients.
Brandy is a proud fifth generation native Floridian. When she is not working, Brandy loves to read, watch football (Geaux Saints!), and spend time with her family. Brandy also enjoys traveling and meeting new people.
